Willow Creek West is a newly constructed and beautiful AFC/Assisted living community on 28th ST in Grand Rapids.
We offer 4 privates suites and 16 companion rooms for our community members to enjoy. A large dining room where we offer 3 home-cooked meals daily. A warm and cozy living room with an electric fireplace to toast your toes while you enjoy your favorite program on the TV and a gorgeous sunroom to enjoy your favorite game or puzzle are all included. Each room includes a half bath and there are 3 large community bathrooms with zero entry showers for our community members to utilize.
Care Cardinal has set the bar in providing excellent care to each and every client in our communities. We pride ourselves in assisting our residents with maintaining their independence and dignity, while assisting with ADL’s, Medication Management, Housekeeping, Bathing, and Cooking.
