Last March 2022, Vistra Care AFH2 finally came into the picture and is now helping us welcome new occupants. With our team of caregivers and nursing professionals, we promise to provide people over 50 with a shelter that emphasizes their safety, amusement, and overall well-being. We also warmly welcome people diagnosed with Dementia, Alzheimer’s, or other mental illnesses. We’ll help you find a family in the presence of our team and your other housemates. Sharing a home with other people doesn’t equate to losing your individuality. At Vistra Care AFH2 we listen to your specific needs and requests and attend to them to the best of our abilities. Together with our professional care team, you’ll experience contentment and exuberance in your stay at our humble adult family home. While you reside with us, we carry the responsibility of rendering support and supervision while upholding your dignity, independence, and privacy.
