River Heights Assisted Living apartments provide the ideal solution for seniors valuing their independence, yet offers access to personal care and supportive services should they need them. Our 43 studio, one and two bedroom apartments are designed for seniors who would like to live in a social environment with few responsibilities, but with easy access to senior care. A la carte service options allow residents to choose the level of assistance they need, and a variety of seniors apartment types make it possible for each person to bring home with them.
Our Assisted Living apartments are the only senior housing in South St. Paul that provides senior home health services. Our nurse in on duty during business hours and staff is available 24-hours a day. River Heights offers daily okay checks as well as weekly wellness checks that provide peace of mind for our residents and their families.
Vista Prairie at River Heights Memory Care Suites provides a long term care option for people who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. We offer sixteen one bedroom and studio-style apartments with private bathrooms, designed to allow each resident to maintain a level of independence in a secure and nurturing environment.
Memory Care offers guided daily living activities designed to awaken the senses and provide the best social, physical and emotional support. Our trained staff offers quality senior care in a homelike setting.
