Garnette Gardens offers a living style that changes as a resident’s needs change. The Garnette Gardens Registered Nurses work with each resident and family to develop a plan that will meet the unique needs of the individual.
Residents that require personal care assistance and/or medication assistance receive as much or as little assistance from our 24 hour on-site staff as requested. Our team of RNs and LPNs are able to assist in coordinating medically related appointments and follow up, monitor changing conditions and oversee all care and services delivered by our resident care assistants.
