Vintage Park at San Martin, specializes in memory care and offering a program that caters to the specific needs and desires of each resident. This intimate community provides residents with Memory challenges the extra help they need as a result of dementia, short term memory loss or Alzheimer's disease. Our residents are encouraged to maximize their capabilities and at the same time, promote their independence.
Our comfortable common areas, cozy sitting rooms and Mediterranean style dining room help to make the residents and their families feel right at home.
