Unlike most corporately-owned facilities, the Moore family is present at the community every day and involved in every aspect of each resident's delivery of care. We are very accessible, on-call 24/7 to be of service to any changes, concerns, comments, or compliments to be made!
At Trinity Place, we create a personalized plan-of-care that reflects each resident's specific service needs to provide the best support and experience possible every day. Our dedicated team provides each of our resident’s daily meals and snacks, housekeeping, laundry, medication management, recreational activities and a variety of additional amenities and services - all with a loving touch.

Selecting the right community can be a challenging and stressful process. Unfortunately, many caregivers have to repeat the process when the facility they chose casts out their loved ones due to change in their physical or mental status. That won’t happen at Trinity Place! While there may be additional costs to continue care, and while working within state guidelines, residents are not dismissed simply because additional services are required.
