Trinity Home Care & Assisted Living is a long-term, small yet very spacious assisted living facility. We operate a little differently than your large-scale facilities. Our smaller facility offers a more intimate, homelike experience for 6 residents. We have a greater staff-to-resident ratio which gives us the ability to meet the needs of all of our residents.

We have a fully furnished, well-decorated and comfortable home with cable television and WiFi. In addition, we offer three nutritious home-cooked meals a day along with snacks. If needed, we also provide transportation for clients to get to and from appointments. We will also provide recreation and socializing activities. We have an on-call registered nurse who access the residents every 45 days (also in case of emergency) who has over 25 years experience. We work with a local pharmacy for prescription delivery.
