Sunrise of Franklin Lakes is a brand new Assisted Living community offering a variety of apartment styles with spacious common areas, a movie theater, Bistro, restaurant style dining and a Physical Therapy room. Our Live with Purpose Activity Program promotes resident engagement and continued physical, emotional and spiritual health.
The community also offers a Memory Care neighborhood with specialized programming for residents with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia diagnoses. Sunrise takes great pride in providing high levels of personal care in a resident centered environment. On-site health care services include: diabetes care, psychiatry services, nutrition and weight management, pain management, physical therapy, skin and wound management, continence management, Hospice coordination and diagnostic services.
Our community has a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) program and committee that analyzes trend data, and evaluates systems and processes to improve delivery of care and resident outcomes. Our electronic health record system, Sunrise CareConnect, enables us to better coordinate care, track outcomes and reduce risk.
