The Palace Royale & Renaissance are two assisted living communities on the Palace at Kendall's main campus. They offer two distinct communities under one roof. The Palace Royale is a Catered/Assisted Living Community, which provides assistance with the activities of daily living for those who are alert and oriented. The Palace Renaissance provides similar Assisted Living services for individuals with cognitive impairment such as Alzheimer's or Dementia.
Being part of The Palace at Kendall, both communities are located next door to The Palace Nursing & Rehab Center, should the need arise. Both communities also received designation as "Best" in Assisted Living in US News & World Report for 2022/2023.
