The Montclair is a Luxury Assisted Living and Memory Care community opening early 2024 in Morton Grove, IL.
As a company, we did extensive research to see where we can fill in the gaps of what senior needs are and what is missing in the local market. What we learned during our research was that the senior living industry has become so high-priced that many seniors cannot afford to get quality community-based care to support their activities of daily living or memory impairment.
Much of the senior living industry has forgotten about the main purpose of senior living: quality, accessible resident care. We decided as a company to change this. The Montclair of Morton Grove will offer luxury senior living to our residents at an affordable price, allowing for accessibility to help those in need.
