Alzheimer’s care and dementia care have unique health considerations, and we work to address each of these in a way that respects individuals while showing utmost care for their safety. We provide the following health services:
- Specially trained staff on site 24/7
- At-home screenings to evaluate and identify specific needs and care requirements
- Consistent evaluation and re-evaluation to determine an individual’s changing needs
- Administration and storage of medication
- Health monitoring, such as vital signs, lab, test, therapy needs, and glucose levels
- Ongoing communication between nurse and personal physician
- Nutrition and hydration program
