Kindred Living at Needham Heights is a 60 unit independent/assisted living residence that is a short walk from shops, restaurants, the post office and medical offices. Boston is as close as the adjacent train station and the Needham Senior Center is just across the street. Residents choose from spacious studio and one and two bedroom apartments. Each unit has a full kitchen, ample closet space and is equipped with an emergency call system. Garage parking is also available.
The monthly rental fee includes three gourmet meals daily, housekeeping, laundry, door to door transportation seven days per week and much more. Personal care and medication management are provided by our team of seasoned nurses and nursing assistants.
While Kindred Living at Needham Heights is a residential community, we adjoin Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation – Avery Manor, a skilled nursing facility that specializes in short term rehabilitation. Our residents have priority admission status should they require rehabilitation or skilled nursing.
