Ivy Creek offers an age-in-place lifestyle with a care continuum to allow you to age in grace, and on your own terms. We have onsite Physical/Occupational/Speech Therapy, as well as Home Care resources whom you can contract with for additional support following a hospital or rehab stay, or to support you with day-to-day needs. While we offer onsite resources, you are welcome to contract with whomever you choose for the additional support you need.
What’s more, our management team is truly part of this community. They each live here on-site. You’ll see them pouring coffee at mealtime, participating in community activities, and taking time to get to know each resident personally. They’re here throughout the day and when our residents need them, so you can simply relax and enjoy yourself. There are plenty of planned activities, special events and life-enriching amenities, such as our comprehensive library, beauty salon and barbershop, billiards and card room, and our own community movie theater. Ivy Creek is easily accessible to local nature trails, fishing spots, and the city’s historical district. You can also get out and about using community transportation to enjoy local shopping, get to appointments, and visit downtown restaurants.
