Harvester Place is an Anthem Memory Care community. Anthem Memory Care is a company committed to addressing the needs of seniors afflicted by Alzheimer’s and other dementias through focused and specialized care. Each Anthem Memory Care community is strategically designed and operated with the specific needs of its residents in mind.
Our goal is to enrich the lives of every resident and offer peace of mind to their family members by focusing on individual, person-centered care. From the mentally supportive and physically safe design of our memory care communities, to our person-centered philosophy and emphasis on individualized care, we make sure that every single one of our memory care residents has their needs and desires met. By focusing on dementia care exclusively, Anthem Memory Care offers a home-like setting within a community of individuals that operates like a family, in order to uncover the pathway to a meaningful and dignified life for every resident.
About Us
Anthem Memory Care is made up of memory care professionals who have successfully developed and leased more than 60 new assisted living communities. Anthem Memory Care has operated over 1,500 beds dedicated to dementia and Alzheimer’s care and founded more than 12,000 senior care units overall. Having established our flagship communities in California and Colorado, Anthem is committed to creating a network of secured assisted living communities where the highest quality healthcare, housing, and memory care services are consistently provided to our residents.
We believe that the pursuit of a meaningful, purpose-filled life does not have to be sacrificed with the onset of memory loss or dementia. Because we foster meaningful connections and facilitate activities that bring joy, purpose and passion to the lives of those living with memory impairment, our mission is to create a highly engaged resident-centered community in which life revolves around close and continuing contact with people, animals, nature, and the arts.
