Harmony Care Home is an alternative home where six residents will receive personalized care at a more intimate level. We will plan coordinate and facilitate appropriate activities that appeal to the resident throughout the day, including outings. Harmony Care Home is a residential facility committed to enrich the lives of seniors with dementia and Alzheimer's disease.
