Grandview Retirement Center

Grandview Retirement Center is a warm, welcoming low-income RCFE (residential care facility for the elderly) located near Downtown LA. We provide a safe and supportive home for seniors needing various levels of care, from those with basic needs to those transitioning from nursing homes or hospitals.

At Grandview, residents enjoy a comfortable, vibrant lifestyle. Our 215-bed facility is designed to foster community, independence, and dignity — ensuring every resident is treated with compassion and respect. We proudly serve a diverse resident population, including those who require assistance with chronic illnesses, diabetes, incontinence, mental health conditions and ambulatory challenges. We also work closely with VA, Medi-Cal and DMH.

We only charge the SSI rate for rent and there is no additional out-of-pocket expenses. If a potential resident's SSI rate is below the rent rate, we can help them increase their SSI.
