Welcome to the Gardens at Celina! We are a cozy skilled nursing and assisted living community in small town Celina, Ohio. Our Assisted Living can accommodate up to 37 residents. We offer studio rooms and suites to meet any of your needs.
Our residents enjoy activities 7 days a week. The Gardens at Celina has a bus for fun outings throughout the year. Our salon is open and available for residents. Housekeeping, laundry, all meals and snacks, activities, cable, and internet are included in the monthly cost. Our caring and dedicated staff are here to assist you and meet your needs to make you feel like you’re right at home.
