Fairfax Manor is a residential community created exclusively for the care of individuals with Alzheimer's disease and related dementia. Inspired by an understanding of the profound impact these illnesses have on residents' daily lives, Fairfax Manor provides an innovative and accommodating environment, capable of satisfying the growing needs of our residents, as well as giving peace of mind to their families. Limited to twenty residents per building, Fairfax Manor offers a higher level of privacy and personalized assistance while creating a home-like environment.
Our community is comfortable, casual and nestled on twenty-seven acres of wooded countryside which includes a commons area, walking path and pond.
The mission of Fairfax Manor is to promote the well-being of each resident by providing meaningful experiences, with a focus on enhancing and maximizing independence.
It is our goal to nurture the body, mind and spirit, while emphasizing the dignity and value of each individual.
