Located in Osceola, Wi. 32 room assisted and memory care facility. We designed our community with comfortable cabin like feel that includes 3 fireplaces and our own unique tavern/TV/game room. All meals and snacks are included and available through out the day. Located 1/4 from downtown Osceola, and less than a mile from the hospital.
