Welcome to Chateau. We're a small Community Based Residential Facility (CBRF) for frail elderly women, located at N27 W30818 Golf Hills Drive, Pewaukee, WI. Fully licensed as a Class "C," non-ambulatory facility by the State of Wisconsin, we provide all meals and snacks, medication and health monitoring, laundry service and excellent personal care. We've been caring for seniors for over 20 years.
Because we're small, we know our residents very, very well. We know who needs a sweater, who doesn't like ice in their drinks and who wants cream in their coffee. We know who is a bit unsteady on their feet and who needs emotional support - these are the little details that add to the quality of life. Situated on three acres in an upscale Town of Delafield (Waukesha County) neighborhood, Chateau provides a safe and beautiful environment - inside and out. The interior, decorated with vintage hats, clothing and various antique items, provides an interesting setting. Our art and music teachers visit weekly to keep things upbeat; our Teddy Bear puppy "Emmy" also keeps us entertained.
Chateau's owner, Atty. Vicki LeBlanc, has devoted her entire career to working with seniors. She's worked as a nurse's aide, social worker and elderlaw advocate. Our Administrator, Nichole Sentz, has cared for seniors for over 20 years. Her background and attention to detail help ensure continuity of care.
