Our staff are professionally trained to administer personalized care to residents in our assisted living and memory care facilities. Registered nurses are on staff 24 hours a day to help ensure the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of each resident. We believe in a one-on-one approach that sees each resident’s needs as their own. Our support is diligent and respectful when considering the various needs of those we serve.
Living Arrangements
We invite prospective residents to choose from our spacious studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units. All of our units start at 600 square feet, with options for furnished or unfurnished. All of our units also feature walk-in closets with a washer and dryer, utilities packages (except personal phone), room service with in-room menus, and much more. We’re also pet-friendly and welcome furry friends to join our community as well!
Care Types Offered
Century Oaks is a community-based residential facility (CBRF), which in the state of Wisconsin is a facility that provides care, treatment, and other services to five or more unrelated adults who need supportive or protective services or supervision. CBRFs are limited to those who do not require care above intermediate nursing care or more than three hours of nursing care per week. CBRFs are categorized by size, the resident's ability to evacuate, and disability/condition or status.
