CareOne at Somerset is a new community (opened in early 2016) that offers post hospital rehabilitation, assisted living, and memory care. We are a smaller community with 34 residents in assisted living and 34 in our Harmony Village program for residents with memory impairments. We are conveniently located just off of exit 14A on Rt. 287.
