The philosophy of care and residential design were carefully crafted to meet the unique needs of persons living with dementia and Alzheimer's Disease. Our structured, engaging programs focus on what residents can do capitalizing on lifelong experiences and familiar routines.
Our team at Palm Harbor has a great deal of longevity which is very unique in this industry. Our Executive Director opened the community over 22 years ago, and many of our frontline staff have been with us 7-15 years.
