Apple Tree Assisted Living

Apple Tree Assisted Living is located in the heart of charming Kaysville Utah. Our community is close to shopping, yet is nestled back in the trees with a stream running behind the facility. Our unique interior boasts raised beds complete with trees with singing birds and ponds complete with fish and turtles! Everything is on one level, no need to navigate elevators, with skylights and natural light lining each hall. We offer free WIFI, free long distance calling, cable, phone, and internet also included. Our residents have free use of our community computer, low cost transportation to medical appointments, free community access outings on our bus, and enriching social and recreational activities.

We also offer other locations in our Cozy Retire Assisted Living communities. Apple Village Assisted Living is a type II community located in Layton that offers assisted living with memory care, and Gardens Assisted Living located in Ogden.
