Sunset Meadows I and II are two senior living complexes which are subsidized and regulated by the Housing of Urban Development (HUD). Tenant rent is charged on a sliding scale based on an individual’s income, medical expenses, etc. Application requirements, income limits, age, and other restrictions may apply.
