Trout River Assisted Living Facility allows you or your loved one to enjoy the relaxation and comfort of a home-setting while receiving quality assistance. A Registered Nurse is on call 24 hrs and trained caregivers are on site 24hrs.Trout River Assisted Living Facility provides 24 hr. healthcare to the elderly, disabled and veterans. Alzheimer's and dementia residents are accepted in which a individualized Memory Assistance Service Plan will be developed. Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLS) such as meal preparation,medication administration, bathing, preparing meals, dressing,grooming, laundry,transportation etc. are provided.
ALL rooms are elegantly furnished and PRIVATE.
We are able to accommodate double occupancy if requested.- Daily activities are provided which enhance individuality as well as community and group interactions.
