Residential Care Facilities for the Elderly (RCFE), also known as Board and Care facilities, provide a long-term care solution for those that cannot perform the activities of daily living independently - tasks such as bathing, dressing, toileting, general hygiene, housekeeping, medication management, ambulation, and socialization.
