Celebration Villa of Manresa is an independent and assisted living community located in Annapolis, Maryland. Celebration Villa of Manresa is a restored historic estate set on 20 acres along the Severn River. Many residents find themselves relaxing on our waterfront porch, taking in the beautiful view, and rocking the afternoon away.
