The Independent Living component of Alta Vista features a variety of one and two bedroom apartments complete with full kitchens, laundry and private balconies. Amenities include optional fine dining, exercise, crafts, library/computer, theater/chapel and spa facilities.

The Assisted Living component of Alta Vista features studios as well as one and two bedroom units.  Amenities include three-meals-per-day fine dining and a variety of social gathering spaces designed to facilitate exercise, crafts, games and resident interaction. Additionally, assisted living residents have full access to all of the amenities available to the independent living residents.
